Soave Classico DOC Fontana by Tenuta Sant'Antonio is a white wine whose label identifies the Garganega grape. The available information does not specify the vintage or further production details, so this description focuses on the style generally expected of this type of wine without assigning unconfirmed characteristics to the bottle. Garganega is a white grape associated with Soave wines and, depending on the expression, may show delicate aromas of light-fleshed fruit and flowers, with freshness suited to the table. The actual balance and intensity depend on the producer's particular interpretation.

At the table, this style can accompany light starters, fish dishes, vegetables and simply prepared food without overpowering their flavours. It is worth considering when looking for a Garganega-based white for an everyday meal or an informal occasion. Serve it cool, but avoid chilling it excessively so that its aromas have room to emerge. As specific information about the bottle is not available, its body, aromatic notes, ageing and cellaring potential cannot be specified; the wine should therefore be assessed directly in the glass.

Winery history
The estate was acquired in the late 1980s; the first vintage and the founding of the Tenuta Sant'Antonio brand date back to 1995. In the early 2000s the winery facility was built on Monti Garbi, and in 2004 the project expanded with new vineyards and the creation of the SCAIA brand. In subsequent years the family developed further projects and consolidated its presence in the Soave and Valpolicella areas.
Production philosophy
A pursuit of wine quality and personality through careful vineyard work, targeted winemaking choices and a growing focus on more natural and sustainable practices; the TéLOS project explores low-intervention wines and vegan certifications for some labels.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards extend across the Soave and Valpolicella areas, with a climate moderated by Lake Garda and soils ranging from calcareous to volcanic depending on the subzone.
