Pairing Spicy dishes, blue cheeses, Asian cuisine
Thomas Dorfmann's Gewurztraminer presents an intense yet composed bouquet: white flowers and rose, a hint of lychee and notes of exotic fruit, accompanied by a delicate spiciness that doesn't overpower. The aromatic profile is immediately recognizable yet remains balanced, supported by an underlying softness that makes the sip enveloping without weighing it down. Freshness is discreet, more subtle than citrusy, while a slight salinity contributes lift and clarity to the finish, extending its persistence.

On the palate it shows a full body and a soft texture, with a well-integrated warmth and good aromatic persistence: floral echoes and a touch of pepper close the sip. It lends itself both to sipping on its own and pairing with aromatic and spicy dishes, rich white meats, shellfish with savory sauces or aged cheeses; it is also an interesting companion for Asian cuisine. Serve lightly chilled to enhance its aromas.
