This Langhe Riesling opens with a fragrant, restrained profile: ripe citrus, a faint mineral note and hints of white flowers that don’t overwhelm, leaving room for a pleasant freshness. On the palate there are touches of green apple and white-fleshed peach, with a sapid, vibrant drive that supports the drinking; the body is slim yet present, and the persistence invites a second sip.

It’s a gastronomic, elegant wine: immediate but with personality, ideal to accompany seafood and baked fish dishes, shellfish or crudités, as well as traditional regional appetizers. Served chilled it shows crispness and aromatic clarity; excellent drinkability makes it suitable also as an aperitif on summer evenings. Try pairing it with fresh cheeses and well-structured vegetable preparations, or with light, slightly spiced cuisines to highlight its ability to balance freshness, sapidity and fruity after-notes.

Winery history
The story of a farming family from the Langhe that revived local viticulture: after years of mixed farming, management passed to Anna Maria, and she relaunched the estate’s production and the work on its high‑altitude vineyards. The property was rebuilt from the 1990s onwards and the estate has grown to include new vineyards and a presence in Monforte.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for the land and the pursuit of elegance and freshness: single-varietal wines that express the specificity of the soil and altitude, made using practices that prioritize craftsmanship, limited use of technology, and a focus on sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
Langhe: high-altitude vineyards mainly in Farigliano, areas of Alta Langa in Marsaglia and vineyards for Barolo in Monforte d’Alba; calcareous-clay soils and altitudes often above 500 m a.s.l. that enhance freshness and aromaticity.
Awards and recognitions
