The Lambrusco di Sorbona Spumante Rosè DOC La Riserva from Paltrinieri is a rosé sparkling wine that shows a fresh, immediate character. Pale pink with bright reflections, it displays lively, persistent bubbles. On the nose there are hints of small red berries — wild strawberry, raspberry — accompanied by delicate floral notes and a subtle aromatic touch that enhances the profile. On the palate it is nimble and flowing, supported by a lively acidity that ensures freshness; the body remains slender, with fruity returns and a pleasantly saline finish.

It works well as an aperitif and with antipasti, delicate fish preparations, shellfish and molluscs, as well as milder cured meats and fresh cheeses. Also suitable for summer dishes and informal occasions when a drinkable, immediate wine is desired. Serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, in a flute or tulip glass to highlight the bubbles; avoid higher temperatures that would mute its freshness.
