The Lambrusco Salamino DOC Solco from Paltrinieri presents itself as a red wine with an honest, approachable profile. In the glass it shows a lively ruby colour with moderate highlights, accompanied by aromas of small red fruits and cherry rather than jam, with slight floral notes and a delicate spicy element. On the palate it is lean and well balanced, supported by fresh acidity and soft tannins that make it easy to drink without excess. The finish remains clean and recalls the fruity impressions perceived on the nose.

It is suited to informal, everyday drinking; it pairs with flavourful starters, light cured meats, tomato-based pasta and preparations with white or simply grilled meats. Best served cool but not cold, to highlight aromas and balance. A versatile choice for those seeking a straightforward, immediate red, suitable for convivial occasions and simple meals.
