The Mastroberardino Falanghina DOC presents itself as a pure and elegant expression of one of the most characteristic grape varieties of Southern Italy. This 375ml bottle offers an ideal tasting experience for those wishing to savor the authentic taste of Campania, without having to open a standard-sized bottle.

Straw yellow in color with vibrant reflections, this Falanghina reveals an intense and varied aromatic bouquet on the nose. Notes of fresh fruit such as peach and citrus blend with subtle floral accents and a light minerality reminiscent of wet stone, typical of the volcanic soils of the region.

On the palate, the wine confirms the olfactory sensations adding a pleasant acidity and freshness. It is well balanced, with a medium body and a persistence that leaves a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and taste. The structure and acidity are perfectly balanced, making this wine extremely drinkable and suitable for multiple culinary pairings.

Mastroberardino's Falanghina DOC wine expresses itself best when paired with fish dishes, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine. It also excels alongside light chicken dishes or as a refined aperitif.

This selection is ideal for those looking for a wine that can offer an authentic introduction to Campanian viticulture, enhancing the table with a touch of elegance and freshness. Mastroberardino, with its Falanghina DOC, pays homage to the regional wine tradition, presenting a high-quality product that reflects the dedication and passion of the winery for native wines.
