This wine stands out for being produced following strict organic and vegan standards, ensuring not only environmental respect but also inclusivity for consumers following vegan diets.

Natum Passerina is a wine that delights at the first sip with its fresh and lively aromatic profile. The primary aromas that stand out are those of white fruits like pear and apple, with subtle notes of white flowers and a touch of minerality that reflects the distinctive terroir of this area. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with a notable acidity that harmonizes beautifully with a light savoriness, making it an ideal companion for a variety of dishes.

This wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, and can be a surprising match for vegetarian and vegan dishes seasoned with fresh herbs. Also excellent when served as an aperitif, Natum Passerina invites moments of pure relaxation and enjoyment, being ideal for those who desire a wine that reflects purity and naturalness.

Agriverde winery, active since 1830, has embraced a philosophy of sustainability and respect for the ecosystem, implementing organic and biodynamic practices throughout the production process, from the vineyard to the bottle. The result is a wine that is not only delicious on the palate but also respectful of the environment and future generations, a true gem for wine lovers who seek sustainable practices without compromising on quality.
