Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC I Sensi by Abbazia Santa Anastasia presents itself as an authentic tribute to the enological heart of Sicily, land of ancient vineyards and intense flavors. Produced with Nero d’Avola grapes, the island's emblematic variety, this wine encapsulates the essence of the territory, characterized by volcanic soils and a Mediterranean climate that impart complexity and vigor.

The carefully crafted aging enhances the warm and fruity notes typical of Nero d’Avola: hints of ripe cherry, plum, and a delicate spicy background blend into an enveloping and harmonious sip, with soft yet well-structured tannins. The intense ruby color already invites tasting, which turns out to be elegant and persistent, ideal to accompany red meat dishes, aged cheeses, or Mediterranean-flavored meals.

A wine that conveys the uniqueness of Sicily, able to enchant with its depth and decisive character, perfect for moments of conviviality and reflection.
