The Pignoletto Frizzante DOCG from Az. Agricola Gaggioli is born in the Bologna hills, an authentic expression of the Emilia territory. This wine is made from the Pignoletto grape, native and characteristic of the area, which gives unique freshness and aromaticity. The winemaking method enhances a light effervescence that makes the sip lively and bright, ideal to accompany convivial moments.

On the nose, you can perceive scents of white flowers, green apple, and citrus notes, inviting a fresh, balanced tasting with good persistence. The fine and delicate perlage envelops the palate, providing pleasantness and lightness, while the typical sapidity of this territory gives a pleasant sensation of concreteness.

Perfect for aperitifs and dishes based on fish or vegetables, the Pignoletto Frizzante DOCG Gaggioli represents a winning bet for those seeking authenticity and freshness in the glass.
