The Prosecco Extra Dry Rosé of the Cà Venanzio winery is born in the hills north of Venice, and is a glass that contains structure and depth at the same time. The second fermentation is carried out in an autoclave in compliance with the Charmat method.

In the glass it fascinates with its bright pale pink color, with a fine perlage. On the nose there are hints of white fruits, peach and apple, perfectly mixed with nuances of small wild fruits. The taste is fresh and creamy in the effervescence, perfectly balanced by the right residual sugar.

A drinkable and satisfying bubble, perfect as an aperitif but which goes perfectly with courses based on grilled fish and delicate white meats.
