The Bortolomiol winery, with a long history dating back to the 18th century, has refined winemaking techniques over time that highlight the freshness and aromatic nature of the Glera grape variety, used 100% in this sparkling wine. Hand harvesting and careful selection of the grapes ensure a high-end product, also reflected in the vinification process conducted with the Charmat method, which preserves the characteristic floral and fruity scents.
The Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze features a fine and elegant perlage. In the glass, it reveals a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers a complex and seductive bouquet, where fruity notes of green apple and pear emerge, accompanied by floral nuances of wisteria and acacia, enriched by a subtle background of fresh almond.
On the palate, the Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze surprises with its lively acidity balanced by a persistent sweetness that makes it particularly pleasant and inviting. The finish is long and aromatic, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that invites another sip.
This sparkling wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish, and seafood dishes, but is also ideal for celebrating special occasions or as a refined aperitif. An impeccable choice for Prosecco lovers seeking a prestigious product characterized by unique territorial features.
