The Ribolla Gialla from Pitars shows a crisp, savory profile where freshness leads the sip without being intrusive. On the nose there are white flowers and citrus, with light herbal notes and a mineral streak that adds tension; on the palate the acidity is lively, the body restrained but well balanced, and a barely perceptible softness balances the finish, which closes on a pleasant almond note and a persistence that invites another taste.

Perfect as an aperitif, it naturally sits alongside seafood dishes: crustaceans, shellfish and delicate fish preparations enhance its freshness. It also pairs well with appetizers and the less structured dishes of regional cuisine. Serve chilled to highlight its purity and vivacity; it is a wine to enjoy young, with smooth drinkability but enough character to accompany more elaborate menus.
