The Romagna Albana DOCG Dolce Biologico produced by the renowned Le Querce - Celli winery is a celebration of the enological excellence of the Romagna region. This sweet organic white wine stands out for its authenticity and the meticulous care with which it is produced, adhering to strict organic standards that ensure superior quality and profound respect for the environment.

Characterized by an intense golden yellow color, the Romagna Albana DOCG Dolce Biologico offers a rich and complex bouquet on the nose. The predominant notes are of ripe fruits such as apricot and peach, enriched by hints of honey and white flowers that contribute to its aromatic intensity. On the palate, the sweetness is balanced by a fresh acidity that accentuates its structure and prolongs the pleasant aftertaste.

This wine pairs beautifully with desserts, especially fruit tarts and fine pastries, but can also unexpectedly accompany blue cheeses thanks to its ability to balance intense and sweet flavors. The ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 10°C to best enhance its organoleptic qualities.

Produced in limited quantities to ensure maximum attention to every detail, the Romagna Albana DOCG Dolce Biologico from Le Querce - Celli is an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that tells the story and terroir of a wine-growing region rich in tradition and innovation in an organic key.

Winery history
According to official information, the winery was established in Bertinoro in 1963 and is managed by the Sirri and Casadei families. From traditional farmhouse wines, the estate has progressively shifted its focus to quality and local typicity, developing vineyards around the village and selecting parcels to produce wines of character.
Production philosophy
Emphasis is placed on the connection to the land and on typicity: all wines are produced from estate-grown grapes, and the estate has completed conversion to organic farming for its grapes. The approach favors separate vinification of individual parcels to highlight distinct characteristics and create balanced blends.
