The Romagna Pagadebit DOC Frizzante from Campi del Lago, produced by the renowned Celli winery, is a unique example of sparkling white wine that promises an unforgettable olfactory and tasting experience. Cultivated in the heart of Romagna, a region famous for its rich terroir and ancient winemaking tradition, this wine is primarily made from the native Bombino Bianco grape, known for its resilience and its ability to express the territory.

On the nose, the sparkling Pagadebit reveals a delicate and fresh bouquet with notes of white flowers, green apple, and a slight hint of citrus. The effervescence highlights these olfactory characteristics, adding a liveliness that prepares the palate for tasting.

In the mouth, freshness stands out as the absolute protagonist. The moderate sparkle accompanies flavors of fresh fruit and a hint of minerality that reflects the uniqueness of Romagna's soil. The balance between acidity and body is masterfully managed, resulting in a wine that is pleasantly light to drink, but with a surprising persistence that invites another sip.

The versatility of Romagna Pagadebit DOC Frizzante makes it ideal to pair with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, but also as a surprising match for fresh vegetarian dishes and salads.

The care in the production of this wine and the respect for local tradition, combined with modern winemaking techniques, make the Romagna Pagadebit DOC Frizzante from Campi del Lago - Celli an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that combines tradition, freshness, and liveliness.

Winery history
According to official information, the winery was established in Bertinoro in 1963 and is managed by the Sirri and Casadei families. From traditional farmhouse wines, the estate has progressively shifted its focus to quality and local typicity, developing vineyards around the village and selecting parcels to produce wines of character.
Production philosophy
Emphasis is placed on the connection to the land and on typicity: all wines are produced from estate-grown grapes, and the estate has completed conversion to organic farming for its grapes. The approach favors separate vinification of individual parcels to highlight distinct characteristics and create balanced blends.
