The Rosato IGT Tellus from the Cotarella winery is born in a carefully dedicated territory, where the dialogue between the grape variety and the terroir creates a unique balance. Characterized by an elegant light pink color, this wine emerges from carefully selected grapes, capable of expressing freshness and delicacy. The aging process, designed in steel tanks to preserve the varietal purity, gives Tellus a fragrant aromatic profile, with notes of small red fruits and a floral hint that invites tasting.

On the palate, it reveals itself as harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its drinkability, making it ideal to accompany fish dishes, white meats, and summer appetizers. This rosé represents a modern and refined interpretation, able to tell the excellence of the Lazio territory with authenticity and character.

Winery history
The family's roots date back to the 1960s; brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella founded the Falesco project in 1979. In the years that followed, leadership passed to the next generation and the group evolved into Famiglia Cotarella, expanding its vineyard holdings and acquiring new estates. The company has also conducted research and initiatives to recover local grape varieties such as Roscetto.
Production philosophy
The pursuit of territorial expression through the integration of tradition and innovation: a focus on enhancing indigenous grape varieties, experimentation in the vineyard and cellar, and training and social responsibility projects linked to the territory.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are mainly located across Lazio and Umbria, with sites also in Tuscany. Soils are often of volcanic origin in the areas surrounding Lake Bolsena.
