The name 'Rosso - 10 Vendemmie' identifies the wine offered by Tenuta Ulisse. In the glass it shows a ruby color, clear and of good intensity. On the nose there are notes of ripe red fruit, light spicy nuances and floral hints; the overall aromatic picture remains restrained and coherent, without exaggeration. The profile feels pleasant and accessible, suitable for various occasions. This is a wine that favors drinkability and immediate appeal rather than claims to great complexity.

On the palate the wine displays a mixed structure: medium body, contained tannins and a balanced freshness that supports the sip. The finish is of moderate persistence, with fruity echoes and a modest sapidity. It pairs easily with grilled meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, as well as rustic pasta dishes; ideal for everyday dining. It is advisable to serve it at a moderate temperature (around 16–18 °C) and, if desired, let it rest briefly in a decanter to enhance its aromas before serving.
