The Rosso IGP Oxalis from Abraxas is a red IGP wine with a pleasant, restrained expression. It shows a medium‑intense ruby color and offers aromas of red and dark fruits, light spicy notes and floral hints that enrich its aromatic profile. On the palate it displays a good balance between freshness and body, soft tannins and a smooth texture; overall it feels harmonious and approachable, suitable as an everyday red without excesses. The finish is clean and moderately persistent, leaving a saline sensation that invites another sip.

It pairs well with simple, comforting dishes such as grilled white and red meats, light roasts, cured meats and semi‑aged cheeses; it also works nicely with tomato‑based sauces and pizzas with not overly complex toppings. Serve at around 16–18 °C; if desired, open the bottle a short while before or briefly aerate it to promote aromatic opening. Store in a cool, stable place away from light and heat sources, and consume within a few years to best appreciate its expression. Ideal for informal gatherings and everyday meals.
