Rosso IGP Vipera from Abraxas shows a simple, straightforward profile, intended for everyday drinking. In the glass it displays a moderate ruby color; on the nose there are notes of ripe red fruit, a light spice and hints of dried herbs, without extremes. On the palate it is dry, with balanced tannins and restrained acidity; the finish is pleasant without overpowering the experience. It offers balance designed to accompany a meal without imposing itself.

It pairs easily with home-style cooking: first courses with meat sauces, simple main courses of white or red meat and semi-aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature around 16–18 °C; decanting is not necessary for bottles ready to drink; if desired, allow some air in the glass to soften any firmer notes. Store in a cool place away from heat sources.

The winery follows the practice of alberello pantesco and the traditional production of Passito, while also working with international grape varieties on the heights of Montagna Grande.
