Let’s talk about Bianco DOC Alsine - Abraxas

More questions

The Bianco DOC Alsine from Abraxas presents a clean, restrained aromatic profile, characterized by fruity and floral notes that integrate in a sober manner. On the nose there are hints of ripe citrus, white flowers and subtle yellow-fleshed fruit; the palate confirms a fresh, smooth texture supported by balanced acidity and a medium-length finish. The structure is unobtrusive, intended to offer drinkability and precision without obvious artifices.

Serve chilled at a moderate temperature, around 8–10 °C, to highlight freshness and delicate aromas. It pairs easily with fish dishes, shellfish, composed salads and light pasta, as well as fresh, unaged cheeses. Ideal for everyday drinking or for accompanying an informal lunch: appreciated for its straightforward character and clean flavor profile. It can also work well as an aperitif and suits Mediterranean cuisine.

The story
Abraxas originated as a winemaking project rooted in the traditions of Pantelleria. Recent management is linked to the Scudieri family, which—through the Tenute Scudieri/Isula project—has relaunched the estate, enhancing vineyards across the island. The winery follows the practice of alberello pantesco and the traditional production of Passito, while also working with international grape varieties on the heights of Montagna Grande.
Production philosophy
Showcase Pantelleria's agricultural heritage by respecting local practices and focusing on sustainability and land restoration, combining tradition with on-site winemaking techniques.
Terroir and vineyards
