The wines of Podere Vecciano are born on the hills of the Rimini hinterland, magnificent lands extremely suited to high quality viticulture; the vineyards, raised with the guyot system, they have a well-lit exposure and are constantly pampered by the sea air, a union that favors an ideal microclimate. The harvest is done manually in the last ten days of August. The grapes in the cellar undergo soft destemming with a pneumatic press, vinification in temperature-controlled steel tanks and maceration in the press for an hour with microfiltration.
When reflected, it shows a straw yellow color. It offers the nose fruity aromas of golden apple, pear and yellow fruit, finely blended with scents of white flowers and citrus notes followed by vivid mineral hints. The sip is delicate and balanced, thanks to the sparkling freshness that leads to a mineral finish of great smoothness.
It goes perfectly with appetizers and seafood first courses, fried fish and also with lightly seasoned cheeses.
