Pairing red meat, lamb, pasta with ragù
Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore DOC Campo di Mezzo from Tremonti is an organic red wine that focuses on clarity and balance. In the glass it shows a bright ruby colour; on the nose it opens with aromas of cherry and small red fruits, with light floral hints and a touch of delicate spice. The bouquet remains straightforward and inviting without excess, while the palate confirms a medium-bodied structure supported by lively acidity and well-integrated tannins. The sip is clean and smooth, with a pleasant finish that recalls the fruity notes.

It suits everyday dishes, pairing well with tomato-based pasta, flavourful white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. The organic certification suggests careful vineyard management; its flavour profile makes it enjoyable both for an informal meal and for a relaxed tasting. It is advisable to uncork shortly before serving to fully appreciate the aromas.
