Made from Sauvignon grapes grown in the area named, it offers a fresh, linear aromatic profile. On the nose there are perceptions of aromatic herbs, elderflower, citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon and a hint of green pepper; a mineral element contributes to a sense of clarity. The structure is lean, with lively acidity supporting the sip without weighing it down.

On the palate it shows sapidity and moderate persistence, with aromatic returns reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit and herbal nuances. Winery history

Trained as an architect, Elena Walch raised the international profile of her family estate by modernising vineyard and cellar practices and emphasising single-vineyard expression. In recent years leadership has been progressively assumed by her daughters Julia and Karoline (fifth generation).
