Pairing Fish, seafood, delicate cheeses
The Sebino Chardonnay IGT Selva della Tesa 2020 from Ca' Del Bosco is a white wine that shows a fragrant, clear profile true to the grape named in the title. On the nose are notes of golden apple, ripe pear, citrus peel and white flowers, with light mineral hints that give precision to the bouquet; there are also touches of white-fleshed fruit and a delicate sapidity that contribute to the whole. On the palate it is balanced, medium-bodied, with lively acidity and a clean finish that invites another sip without being overpowering.

It is best served chilled, around 10–12 °C, and works well both as an aperitif and paired with dishes of delicate fish, shellfish, light white meats and summer vegetable preparations. It suits those looking for a white with a clear profile and good drinkability, immediate yet characterful. Storage in a cool, stable cellar is recommended for those who prefer to enjoy it in the following months.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
