The Shiraz of Casale Del Giglio is born in the volcanic lands of Lazio, where the Mediterranean climate meets marine influences, giving vigor and complexity to the grapes. This wine, obtained from pure Shiraz grape variety, stands out for its intense and enveloping character, an authentic expression of the territory.
After a controlled fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels, which help develop fragrant aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and balsamic notes, with a light touch of tobacco and dark chocolate.
