The Sauvignon IGT from Casale Del Giglio offers a fresh, recognizable profile characteristic of the variety. On the nose there are herbaceous notes and white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by light citrus hints that bring lift and clarity. The aromatic range remains restrained and not overly complex, favoring drinkability and ease rather than opulence.

On the palate it is saline and dry, with a balance between acidity and body that makes it suitable for varied pairings. It pairs well with seafood starters, light fish dishes, salads and mildly spiced vegetarian preparations. A cool but not icy serving temperature is recommended to appreciate its freshness and aromatic details. Well suited to everyday drinking and informal occasions when an aromatic, approachable bottle is desired. It shows best in a tulip-shaped glass and is preferably enjoyed young to capture its characteristic freshness.
