The Trento DOC Extra Brut Rosé by Moser is born in the heart of Alto Adige, a region renowned for the production of sparkling wines of great elegance. Made primarily from Pinot Noir grapes, this traditional method expresses a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. The fermentation and aging take place according to the strict rules of the Trento DOC regulations, with a long residence on the lees that provides finesse and a persistent perlage. In the glass, it presents a pale pink color, bright and inviting, accompanied by aromas of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the Extra Brut bubbles enhance a pleasant acidity and a harmonious structure, with a vibrant and mineral finish.
