Verdeluce Bianco tells of a spontaneous freshness, with an aromatic profile that is immediate without being intrusive. In the glass it appears bright, with delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit and floral hints that do not overwhelm its drinkability; the entry is pleasant, supported by a lively acidity that keeps the sip agile and flowing. The structure is light–medium, well balanced by its salinity, which gives the wine tension and rhythm without weighing it down.

On the palate it confirms an enjoyable, versatile character: the finish is clean and leaves a pleasant persistence, ideal for those seeking an everyday white of quality. It pairs naturally with seafood appetizers, grilled fish, vegetables and fresh cheeses; also excellent as an aperitif. Serve well chilled to enhance the freshness and lightness, preferably around 10–12 °C, to best appreciate its drinkability and pleasant aromatic expression.

Winery history
The family's roots date back to the 1960s; brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella founded the Falesco project in 1979. In the years that followed, leadership passed to the next generation and the group evolved into Famiglia Cotarella, expanding its vineyard holdings and acquiring new estates. The company has also conducted research and initiatives to recover local grape varieties such as Roscetto.
Production philosophy
The pursuit of territorial expression through the integration of tradition and innovation: a focus on enhancing indigenous grape varieties, experimentation in the vineyard and cellar, and training and social responsibility projects linked to the territory.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are mainly located across Lazio and Umbria, with sites also in Tuscany. Soils are often of volcanic origin in the areas surrounding Lake Bolsena.
