In the glass it opens with lively aromas of ripe citrus, white flowers and a hint of aromatic herbs, never becoming overpowering. The body is slim yet present, with well-balanced freshness and a salinity that supports the sip; the balance between acidity and softness makes it enjoyable from the first tastes, suitable for those seeking tension without rigidity. The drinking experience is direct but never predictable, with a fine tension that invites a second sip.

On the palate it confirms its cleanliness: notes of lemon, white peach and a slight bitter almond on the finish that extends the length of the finish. It lends itself to multiple pairings — raw seafood, first courses with fish, grilled vegetables or fresh cheeses — and can be a companion to both informal lunches and light dinners. Serve chilled and drink young to capture its fruit and saline drive; also suitable for picnics and terrace aperitifs, it’s a versatile choice for those who appreciate immediate yet characterful whites.
