The Vermentino "Costamolino" in the 375ml format by Argiolas is a white wine that enhances the essence of Vermentino, a vine that finds one of its most characteristic and appreciated expressions in Sardinia. The Argiolas winery, located in the heart of Sardinia and renowned for its dedication to producing high quality wines that express the unique terroir of the island, has created with "Costamolino" a wine that reflects freshness, aromaticity and minerality typical of Vermentino.

The choice of the 375ml format makes this Vermentino particularly suitable for those who want to enjoy an excellent white wine in moderate quantities, ideal for an aperitif or a light meal, while guaranteeing freshness and quality in every sip.

The vinification of "Costamolino" involves fermentation at a controlled temperature, aimed at preserving the primary aromas of the vine and emphasizing its varietal notes of fresh fruit and white flowers. The wine is then aged briefly in steel, to maintain its liveliness and character.

Visually, "Costamolino" has a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, it offers an intense and inviting aroma, with dominant notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, citrus accents and floral nuances, which combine in a complex and pleasantly fresh aromatic bouquet.

In the mouth, the wine is characterized by a lively acidity that balances its structure and intensifies the fruity and floral flavors, leading to a long and refreshing finish, with a light mineral note that recalls the typical salinity of Sardinian Vermentino.

Ideal in combination with seafood appetizers, dishes based on fish, crustaceans and molluscs, or as an aperitif, the Vermentino "Costamolino" by Argiolas in the 375ml format is an excellent choice for those looking for an aromatic, fresh and pleasant white wine, capable to offer a taste of the elegance and typicality of Sardinian white wines.
