Annibal Rosato Brut from Fontezoppa is an elegant expression of the Friulian territory, obtained from the best carefully selected native grape varieties. This classic method sparkling wine is distinguished by its refined freshness and its fine and persistent perlage, which envelops the palate with fruity notes of strawberry and pomegranate, enriched by delicate floral hints.

The production area, characterized by a favorable microclimate and mineral-rich soils, gives the wine a balanced structure and lively acidity, ideal to highlight its aromatic complexity. The aging on the lees contributes to a broad bouquet, with light nuances of bread crust and roasted almond.

Perfect as an aperitif or accompaniment to fish dishes and delicate white meats, Annibal Rosato Brut is a versatile wine that elegantly tells the sparkling wine tradition of Fontezoppa.
