The Margheria vineyard stands out for its excellent western exposure, a favorable microclimate, predestined soil and the young age of the vines, all elements that contribute to producing excellent quality grapes. After the manual harvest, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 28°C, with frequent daily pumping over which lasts for 12-15 days. At the end of this phase, a submerged cap fermentation follows for 15 days, ensuring complete extraction of the tannins and precious aromas. The wine rests in new 20 hectoliter oak barrels for 5 years, without undergoing filtration operations. The refinement continues in the bottle.
Barolo Margheria has an intense ruby color and a complex and enveloping olfactory profile, with undertones of red berry fruit and spices. In the mouth, the wine manages to beautifully combine the richness of its structure with a surprising complexity. The finish is long and satisfying, warmed by excellent alcoholic strength, giving Barolo Margheria a distinctive and memorable character.
