A family-run estate in northern Burgundy (Saint‑Bris‑le‑Vineux) producing white and red wines using organic and biodynamic methods, showcasing the terroirs of Saint‑Bris, Irancy, Chablis and Côtes d'Auxerre.

Winery history

Jean‑Hugues and his wife Ghislaine have led the business since the late 20th century, and today their son Guilhem, together with his wife Marie, is part of the management.
