Cabernet Sacco Bacco, it is certainly one of the most important wines produced by the Cinti Floriano company. A wine produced exclusively with grapes from the cellar, of quality and cultivated in compliance with the biological balance of the vineyard, through low yields per vine. The result is a reduction in the environmental impact given the low use of fertilizers and pesticides, and a great benefit to grape quality and life.
To calyx if it has color ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose the bouquet is decisive and seductive, with typical hints of red berries from the undergrowth and spices. On the palate it is well balanced, with soft and delicate tannins, a Cabernet characterized by a great persistence in the mouth.
A quality red that ensures a refined and at the same time appetizing drink. At the table it is excellent in combination with red meats, poultry and game, and also goes well with cured meats and aged cheeses.
