The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe and grown in compliance with the biological balance of the vineyard, through low yields per vine. Thanks to this, there is a reduction in the environmental impact given a lower use of fertilizers and pesticides, and a great benefit to the quality of the grapes and our existence.
The vinification is in white at low temperature and, for part of the product (about 40%), fermentation and aging in small oak barrels. Subsequently, the toFining is done inside small oak barrels for part of the product and bottling in the spring following the harvest.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet is characterized by the ttypical hints of peach, plum and yellow pulp fruits typical of the vine. In the mouth well balanced and with the right degree of flavor.
A fresh, soft and versatile white that adapts to any occasion. A glass able to amaze and conquer even the most "refined" palates. Excellent in combination with fish and sushi dishes.
