The Catarratto/Chardonnay Terre Siciliane IGT from the Linea Luna of Az. Vinicola Vaccaro is a wine that captures the brightness of Sicily in every sip.

Produced in a generous land rich in sun, this skillful blend combines the freshness and minerality of Catarratto with the softness and roundness of Chardonnay. The aging takes place in steel to preserve the aromas and the vitality of the fruit intact, giving life to an elegant and vibrant white.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color, while on the nose, notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers and a delicate hint of vanilla open up. The taste is balanced, fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant persistence that invites the next sip. Ideal paired with fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses, it is perfect to enhance the Mediterranean flavors of local cuisine.
