The Champagne Millésime 2015 from Henriot presents a refined, restrained profile, resulting from a notable harvest. In the glass it shows fine perlage and a golden brightness that heralds a complex bouquet: aromas of white-fleshed fruit, ripe citrus and light floral notes intertwine with a subtle toasty background that adds depth without weighing it down. On the palate the bubbles are lively, the acidity well balanced supports the structure, while a pleasant saline streak contributes to a long, balanced finish.

Suitable both as a noble aperitif and paired with delicate seafood dishes, shellfish and baked fish, this Champagne also fits more intimate celebratory moments. It is recommended to serve it chilled, around 8–10 °C, in a large glass to enhance its aromas. Storage in a cellar at stable temperature preserves its delicacy: a versatile choice for those seeking elegance and presence without excess.

Discover the story and wines of Henriot (Maison Henriot).

Maison de Champagne founded in Reims in 1808 by Apolline Henriot; still family-run and producer of the historic non‑vintage cuvée “Brut Souverain.” ([champagne-henriot.com](https://www.champagne-henriot.com/fr/histoire))
Region: Champagne (Reims)
Country: France
Winery history
The Henriot family settled in Champagne as early as 1640; Apolline Henriot founded the Maison in 1808. Over time the holdings expanded to include crus from the Côte des Blancs (e.g. Avize, Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Chouilly) as well as the Montagne de Reims (Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly). Keeping reserve wines for blends dates back to the House’s origins; recent initiatives include the “Alliance Terroirs” program (from 2020). Production philosophy
A pursuit of elegance, finesse and terroir expression; a balanced style with significant Chardonnay presence in the cuvées and systematic use of reserve wines to ensure continuity and complexity. Commitment to soil knowledge and adaptive viticultural practices (Alliance Terroirs project). ([champagne-henriot.com](https://www.champagne-henriot.com/en/collection/henriot-brut-souverain))
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards and sourcing in Champagne: Montagne de Reims (including Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly‑Champagne) and the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Chouilly); the Brut Souverain cuvée is assembled from about 29 crus. ([champagne-henriot.com](https://www.champagne-henriot.com/fr/histoire))
