The Chardonnay "Le Brusche" IGT from the prestigious Umani Ronchi winery is a sublime and authentic expression of Marche winemaking. This white wine is the result of a selective harvest of the finest Chardonnay grapes, carefully cultivated in the vineyards of the company located in the Marche region, an ideal terrain for this variety.

The winemaking process for Chardonnay "Le Brusche" IGT follows avant-garde methodologies, with fermentation occurring partially in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and typical aromaticity of the grape, and partially in oak barrels, which adds complexity and structure to the wine. The result is an elegantly distinguished white wine within the panorama of Italian wines.

Visually, the wine presents a bright straw yellow color, with golden highlights that anticipate its richness. On the nose, Le Brusche offers a broad and inviting bouquet, with notes of ripe tropical fruits, peach, accented by vanilla nuances and light toasting from the wood aging.

On the palate, the wine is enveloping and rich, with a lovely acidity that ensures freshness and persistence. The flavors of ripe fruit blend harmoniously with touches of oak, culminating in a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.

Chardonnay "Le Brusche" IGT by Umani Ronchi is ideal to serve with elaborate fish dishes, white meats, and medium-aged cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for special occasions or a sophisticated aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C to fully appreciate its range of flavors.
