Chardonnay with the Puglia IGT designation from Masseria Li Veli offers a direct, honest profile: in the glass it appears bright, with well-defined notes of white- and yellow-fleshed fruit, hints of flowers and a light citrus touch that enlivens the bouquet. The palate is well balanced, with medium body and a pleasant roundness that doesn't overpower the freshness; the acidity supports the fruit and contributes to a smooth drinkability without losing structure.

There is a pleasant sapidity that makes the wine versatile on the palate, with a harmonious persistence that leaves gentle fruity echoes. It's a white that works well at the table: a modest serving temperature and simple presentation enhance its expressiveness. Pairs naturally with seafood appetizers, fish-based first courses, grilled vegetable dishes or fresh cheeses; it also holds up to delicate white meats when called for by the menu. Overall, it's an approachable but thoughtfully crafted Chardonnay, aimed at those looking for a clean, balanced sip with a gastronomy-friendly profile.

Recent management and development have been entrusted to the Falvo family. Wine portfolio focused on local varieties such as Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Susumaniello.
Winery history
The masseria originated on a very ancient settlement and was renovated in the late 19th century by Marquis Antonio de Viti de Marco with the aim of making it a winemaking model for southern Italy. At the end of the 20th century the property was revitalized by a group led by Tuscan interests. In 1999 the project was re-established by the Falvo family and, after a period of development, brothers Edoardo and Alfredo Falvo assumed direct leadership of the estate, expanding production and strengthening the brand’s positioning.
Production philosophy
The estate embraces an approach based on hard work, family, authenticity and a sense of brotherhood: a commitment to respect the land, artisanal care in the vineyard and cellar, and a desire to pass values between generations, combining local tradition with technical precision in winemaking.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in the Salento region, between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, in the municipality of Cellino San Marco. The site bears traces of ancient settlements and underscores the estate’s strong ties to the Salento plain and the Mediterranean climate that characterizes the area.
