Chardonnay Saleit Alto Adige DOC from Kaltern is a white wine that emphasizes freshness and aromatic precision. On the nose it shows scents of white-fleshed fruit, ripe citrus and light floral hints, accompanied by a mineral touch that provides clarity. The body is medium, with lively acidity that supports the fruit without overpowering it; the finish is clean and invites another sip. Aromatic and taste components remain restrained, with a balance that makes it versatile in the glass.

It suits mildly flavored seafood, light white meats and preparations with vegetables or fresh cheeses. It is also suitable as an aperitif wine for those who prefer a sober, discreetly characterful drink. Recommended serving temperature is around 8–10 °C and a wide glass to enhance primary aromas; avoid pairings that are too intense and could mask its delicacy.
