Chateau Clarke Bordeaux Listrac Medoc from the Baron Edmond De Rothischild winery is an excellent red wine that comes from an ancient vineyard purchased in 1973 and replanted between 1974 and 1978 by the Baron of the same name, reaching a final result of 54 hectares.

The first bottled production dates back to 1978, and since then the quality of the wine has never stopped improving. The harvest of the grapes is carried out manually, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature, aging goes from 14 to 18 months in mainly new barriques, and bottle refinement for a few months.

The color is a beautiful intense ruby red with dark purple reflections, on the nose there are clear hints of red berry fruit, liquorice roots and aromatic sweet caramel.
On the palate the taste is fresh, round and rightly tannic.

A wine recommended in combination with roast game, baked lamb, meat skewers and mature cheeses
