The Extra Dry - Prosecco DOC - Col de' Salici is an elegant and fresh sparkling wine, born in the gentle hills of Veneto, one of the most famous regions for the production of Prosecco. Made mainly from Glera grapes, this sparkling wine offers an authentic expression of the territory, characterized by a temperate climate and soil rich in limestone and clay, ideal for enhancing the freshness and pleasantness of the wine.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that expresses lively effervescence. The aromatic profile is distinguished by fragrant notes of white flowers and green apple, accompanied by hints of citrus and slight mineral accents that provide balance and freshness. On the palate, it is soft, harmonious, and with a delicate sweetness typical of the Extra Dry type, balanced by a savory note and a surprising persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, this Extra Dry - Prosecco DOC - Col de' Salici pairs splendidly with light dishes, fish-based appetizers, and fresh cheeses, enhancing every moment of conviviality with its lively lightness and refined simplicity.
