Made mainly with Glera grapes, this wine fully enhances the unique area, characterized by calcareous soils and a particularly favorable climate for the cultivation of the vine.

Winery history

The Col de' Salici brand was launched in 1997 as a project associated with Compagnia del Vino, conceived by Giancarlo Notari with the involvement of his family and his son Saverio. From the outset the project has focused exclusively on Prosecco, selecting grapes from the finest areas of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene denomination and emphasizing careful packaging and frequent bottlings to ensure freshness.
