The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry from Col de' Salici, presented in Magnum format, represents an authentic excellence of the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, the beating heart of Prosecco production. Made mainly with Glera grapes, this wine fully enhances the unique area, characterized by calcareous soils and a particularly favorable climate for the cultivation of the vine.

The fine and persistent foam wraps the palate in a harmonious embrace, where delicate hints of golden apple, acacia flowers, and a fresh citrus note emerge. The balance between the typical sweetness of the extra dry and the lively acidity gives an elegant and refreshing drinkability, making it perfect for any occasion, from festive toasts to pairings with seafood appetizers or light Mediterranean cuisine dishes.

The aging takes place in steel, preserving the fragrance and freshness typical of this suitable terroir, while the choice of the Magnum format not only enhances the visual impact but also contributes to a slower evolution and preservation of organoleptic qualities over time. A Prosecco superiore that perfectly embodies the refined and lively character of the Venetian hills.
