Falanghina IGT BIO from Fattoria Pagano offers an expressive yet restrained profile, the result of organic farming that favors fruit clarity. In the glass it shows a bright straw colour and a bouquet that is rich without being intrusive: notes of citrus, white flowers and a touch of green apple supported by balanced acidity. The structure is lean, with a fresh, saline finish that leaves a sense of clarity and drinkability. It appears intended more for immediacy than extended aging.

Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in fairly wide but not overly warm glasses to highlight the delicate aromas. It suits light seafood dishes, salads, vegetable starters and fresh cheeses; it also works well as an aperitif. For simple, direct pairings avoid overly spiced or salty ingredients. As an organic wine, it may appeal to consumers who value environmentally considerate production; for more specific guidance on storage or enological details, consult the producer's technical sheet.

Winery history
Founded in 2001 by Antonio Pagano to promote and valorize Falerno del Massico; the estate developed terraced vineyards in Casale di Carinola and expanded viticultural activities into parts of Irpinia.
Production philosophy
Organic viticulture and respect for nature: care for soil, microclimate and biodiversity; manual harvesting and practices aimed at obtaining intact grapes. Measured use of wood aging for some wines (e.g., Pectus).
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters in Carinola (province of Caserta). Vineyards on the slopes of Monte Massico / the extinct Roccamonfina volcano (e.g., the Pectus vineyard at 320 m asl, west exposure, sandy soil with volcanic ash). Own vineyards are mainly in Carinola (two terraces) with parcels in Altavilla; the estate also manages vineyards in parts of Irpinia for Fiano and Greco.
