The Fiano di Avellino DOCG from Fattoria Pagano offers a clear, restrained aromatic profile. On the nose there are aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and citrus peel, accompanied by light almond notes. The body remains fresh and linear, with a balance that does not overwhelm the olfactory impressions and invites careful sipping. The substance is supported by good acidity, which gives cleanliness and a slightly saline sensation on the finish without excess.

On the palate it confirms its freshness and sapidity, delivering a soft texture focused on fruity echoes. It pairs well with seafood starters, light soups, shellfish and soft cheeses; it also works as an aperitif for those seeking a non-intrusive white. Ideal serving temperature is around 10–12 °C to appreciate the aromas; serve cool but not icy. Fattoria Pagano presents a restrained expression of the area, suited to those who value clarity and drinkability.
