The Fiano di Avellino DOCG from De Falco Winery stands out for its elegant varietal expression and refined complexity. This white wine is celebrated for its capacity to reflect with integrity the specific terroir of the Campania region from which it originates.

Characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the Fiano di Avellino DOCG from De Falco presents an intriguing bouquet of aromas on the nose. Among these, notes of pear, green apple, and white flowers stand out, enriched by nuances of hazelnut and aromatic herbs that intertwine harmoniously. In the background, a subtle mineral hint further enhances the olfactory profile.

On the palate, freshness dominates, supported by a balanced structure that leads to a remarkable taste persistence. The acidity is well-balanced and blends with a soft texture that envelops the palate, bringing out flavors of white pulp fruit and a very light toastiness on the finish.

This Fiano di Avellino pairs beautifully with fish-based dishes, such as seafood risotto, but is also exemplary when served with fresh cheeses or vegetarian dishes that lean towards a palette of delicate flavors.

De Falco Winery, with its dedication to quality and respect for local traditions, has managed to create a Fiano di Avellino that is not just a wine, but a true representation of the wine heritage of the area. With its finesse and complexity, it represents an excellent choice for wine lovers seeking elegance and authenticity in every sip.
