The Bepi Tosolini I Legni Frassino Grappa represents a sublime expression of Italian distillery art, combined with an innovative aging technique. This grappa is made from the distillation of selected grape pomace from the finest wine-growing areas of Friuli. The distillation follows the traditional bain-marie method in copper stills, a process that preserves the rich aromas of the original grape variety and results in a high-quality distillate.

After distillation, Bepi Tosolini I Legni Frassino Grappa is allowed to mature in ash wood barrels, an unconventional material that gives the distillate a unique character. Ash wood is known for its fine pores and the ability to enrich the grappa with delicate and sophisticated notes, adding hints of vanilla, sweet spices, and a light touch of hazelnut.

In the glass, it presents a crystalline color that may turn slightly to light amber, depending on the aging period. The nose immediately reveals aromatic notes of fresh fruit and white flowers, enriched by an elegant aromatic complexity due to resting in ash wood. On the palate, it is smooth yet intense, with a perfect balance between alcohol and aroma, culminating in a long and persistent finish, with a pleasantly harmonious aftertaste.

Packaged in an elegant tube, the Bepi Tosolini I Legni Frassino Grappa is ideal as a gift or to add a touch of class and distinction to your collection. Perfect for enjoying after a meal, it offers a tasting experience that satisfies the most demanding palate, ideal for those looking for not only tradition in a grappa but also innovation and experimentation.
