The Grillo Salaparuta DOC of Timè, produced by Az. Vinicola Vaccaro, represents a Sicilian enological excellence that fully expresses the character of the indigenous Grillo grape variety. Cultivated in the lands of Salaparuta, in the heart of western Sicily, this wine is born from carefully harvested grapes to preserve freshness and aromaticity.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color, accompanied by intense and complex aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and light mineral notes reminiscent of volcanic soil. On the palate, it is harmonious, balanced, with good acidity that enhances drinkability and a savory, fresh persistence that invites the next sip.

The aging in steel guarantees the purity of the fruit and the liveliness of the olfactory sensations, making it perfect as a companion to dishes based on fish, shellfish, and light Mediterranean cuisine. An authentic white that clearly tells the story of its land of origin.
