Kettmeir's Alto Adige Pinot Bianco presents a fresh, linear profile where aromatic precision is immediate but never severe. On the nose there are white-fleshed fruits and delicate flowers, with a subtle almond note that adds finesse; on the palate it is savory and well balanced, with lively acidity that supports a medium body. The texture is fine and flowing, with a light minerality that gives lift without weighing down the sip.

The finish is clean and of good persistence, with fruity returns that invite another taste. A versatile wine in the kitchen, it pairs well with seafood starters, crudo and shellfish, as well as baked fish dishes and fresh cheeses; it also works as an elegant aperitif. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, and preferably young to appreciate its liveliness and aromatic clarity that make it immediate and pleasant.
