With discreet elegance, this Alto Adige Pinot Grigio presents a fresh, linear profile: on the nose it shows notes of green apple, ripe pear and a hint of wildflowers, supported by a citrusy nuance. The palate is sapid and taut, with a lively acidity that keeps the wine flowing and well balanced; medium-bodied, with a clean finish that leaves a pleasant mineral impression without weighing it down. On the palate it reveals a fine texture, a slight salinity that makes it intriguing, and a finish evoking a subtle almond note.

It is a white wine that discreetly accompanies seafood dishes, shellfish and oven-baked fish preparations, but it also works well with starters and composed salads. Serve chilled to appreciate the freshness and precision of the fruit; ideal for those seeking a Pinot Grigio with character that isn't overpowering, designed for everyday drinking but with good personality. It is best enjoyed young, easy to drink yet with enough character not to go unnoticed at an informal dinner.
