Let’s talk about Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC - Kettmeir

More questions

The Pinot Noir Alto Adige DOC from Kettmeir expresses an elegant, immediate profile: in the glass it shows clarity and a luminous ruby color, while on the nose it reveals hints of small red fruits, rose petals and a delicate spicy note that enriches without overpowering. The palate is agile and composed, with a good balance between freshness and savory character; the tannins are fine, almost silky, supporting a medium-bodied structure that invites pleasurable drinking.

Perfect with white meat dishes, mushroom risottos and not-too-intense cured meats, it is also well suited to informal evenings thanks to its easy drinkability. It proves surprisingly versatile at the table, able to accompany both traditional dishes and lighter fare. Serve slightly chilled to enhance its aromatics and tension; it opens in the glass after a few minutes of aeration. A Pinot Noir of discreet character, it emphasizes fruit purity and immediate pleasure rather than excessive concentration.
